At Link Emulsion and Beverages, we are committed to ensuring your orders are processed and shipped efficiently. Please review the following guidelines to better understand our shipping process.

General Shipping Information

  • Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to international destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Payment Processing: Orders will only be shipped after full payment has been processed. Payment delays may affect shipment timelines.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details, including the carrier and tracking number. Use the link provided to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Free ground shipping may be available for qualifying orders.

Order Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is processed.
  • Pre-Orders, Bulk, Wholesale, or Custom Orders: Require a 5–15 business day lead time before processing for shipping.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited orders (including overnight shipping) are subject to a 1-business-day handling time and are unavailable for hazardous materials.
  • Business Hours: Orders placed after 3:30 PM PST, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Large Orders and LTL Shipping

For large orders that exceed standard ground shipping limits, we offer Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipping as an alternative.

What is LTL?
LTL shipping is a freight service for large shipments that don’t require a full truckload. It’s an economical option for shipping larger quantities while maintaining reliability.

For LTL shipments, we will contact you to confirm delivery requirements, such as:

  • Appointment Requirements: Ensures your order arrives when your facility is ready to receive it.
  • Warehouse Hours: Let us know your operating hours to prevent delays.
  • Liftgate Requirements: If your facility does not have a dock, a liftgate can help unload heavy pallets.
  • Inside Delivery: Additional service for orders that need to be delivered inside a facility or beyond the loading dock.

Inspection and Documentation for LTL Shipments:

  • Inspect all LTL shipments at the time of delivery for visible or hidden damage and missing items.
  • Note any damage or missing items directly on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery.
  • Take photos of the pallet from all angles, including any visible damage.
  • Keep a copy or photo of the BOL with your notes.

Without a damage or missing item note on the BOL, we will not be able to file a claim with the carrier or issue a refund for the damaged or missing items.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days to report the issue. Provide:

  • Photos of the damaged items and packaging
  • A description of the damage
  • Your order number

For LTL shipments, it is critical to note any damage or missing items on the BOL at the time of delivery (see above). Claims cannot be processed without this documentation.

Do not discard the damaged product or packaging until instructed by our team. Claims cannot be processed without this information.

Returns Due to Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is refused upon delivery or returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for:

  • A 25% restocking fee
  • All return shipping charges

Important Notes

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors.
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for loss or theft. Please ensure secure delivery locations to avoid such issues.
